Requesting a return
Please contact hello@barbecue54.com with your order number before sending anything back. Include the item name and the reason for your request. We will provide the applicable instructions and confirm eligibility.
Condition requirements
Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of marks or odor, and returned with all original tags and hygienic liners intact. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or had protective liners removed may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider. Original shipping charges, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the item is confirmed defective.
